SERVICE TIMES

Morning services take place on Sundays at 9:30 in the church building and everyone is welcome to attend. Most services are led alternately by the four ministers; however, most are led by Arno Meiring, the minister responsible for the residential side of the congregation. Twice a month, a special Family Service takes place in Karoolsie and will be held concurrently with the morning service. It is led by one of the ministers and sermons are aimed specially at children.

Ever met a group of people so different but they click? Personalities are worlds apart but yet again we have so much love and compassion! 

We are students from different parts of the world, different cultures so diverse and yet we have one home NGuni. Every Sunday afternoon we come home.. chill have food and open our hearts. We have sessions about STUDENT LIFE, RELATIONSHIPS, SPIRITUAL GROWTH, etc. These sessions are led by Charlotte Sibanyoni, we engage and discuss things that affect us today, which we think matter and need to be addressed/changed. We help, support one another, pray together, celebrate together even laugh and cry together. Greenleaf is our second home, and love what God is doing in our lives.

The 19:00 evening service at Universiteitsoord is a great experience you wouldn’t want to miss. Music plays a big role, and when hundreds of students worship together, it not only lets you experience something of heaven in that moment, but also gives you strength for the whole week.

Our evening service has a unique sound that is probably not found in any other congregation in the country: our brilliant musicians interweave classical and contemporary.
